1. When can I receive my order after payment ?
There are three types of delivery options you can
choose from. "Normal Post" will be sent through normal
postage whilst "Registered Post" will be
sent through registered postage. These types of delivery
will take around 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location.
Usually, it takes one week to reach major cities.
"Fast Delivery" will be sent by courier and it will
take around 1 to 3 days depending on your location.
Usually, you can receive your order within 2 days
after your payment.
We would recommend you to use at least a registered-post
delivery as this can provide tracking and ensure smoother
delivery.
2. I have only used one unit of the 12s-pack.
Can I exchange for another type/brand ?
If the products you purchased are not in acceptable
quality or defect then we are happy to replace it
with the same type with no extra cost, provided you
can send back the remaining product (not less than
80%) to us. However, if you would like to exchange
for different type/brand then we are not able to help
because you should read product information or request
for free sample from us before ordering.
3. Can you send some more samples ?
We would like to inform that we are giving out sample
but not free products ! Normally, only one sample
will be given out per request or sometimes 2 units
depending on the situation. Usually, we do attach
some samples together with your order even though
you did not ask for it.
However, we will be glad to supply free condoms to
those who have financial burdens to practise family
planning or diseases prevention.
4. I could not find Durex Performa in the market,
do you have it ?
No, Durex Performa is no longer sold openly in shops.
Now, you can only purchase this item at certain pharmacies.
Sometimes, the item is not displayed and you have
to buy Over The Counter from the pharmacist on duty.
5. Do you accept public donation for AIDS and
how do you contribute to the society ?
No, we do not accept any donations or public funds.
